Overview
At Farmland Country Coffee ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), all orders are fulfilled and shipped by our third-party fulfillment partner, Dripshipper. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that fulfillment, shipping, and delivery timelines are managed exclusively by Dripshipper and are outside the direct control of Farmland Country Coffee.
All Sales Are Final — Perishable Goods
Due to the perishable nature of coffee products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any coffee products once an order has been placed and fulfilled.
Resolution Timeline
Please be advised that resolution of any claim — including but not limited to replacements, refunds, or store credits — may require additional processing time on the part of both Farmland Country Coffee and our fulfillment partner, Dripshipper. Customers should not expect immediate resolution or product replacement. We appreciate your patience as we work diligently to resolve all claims in a fair and timely manner. Farmland Country Coffee makes no guarantee as to the speed of resolution and shall not be held liable for delays in the claims process caused by third-party fulfillment partners or carriers.
Shipping Delays & Delivery Issues
Farmland Country Coffee shall not be held liable for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery failures caused by our third-party fulfillment partner, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to weather events, carrier delays, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer). Estimated delivery times are provided by our fulfillment partner and are not guaranteed.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Farmland Country Coffee is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
