1. Overview

All orders placed through Farmland Country Coffee are fulfilled and shipped by our third-party fulfillment partner, Dripshipper. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that shipping and delivery are managed by Dripshipper and are subject to their processing and fulfillment timelines.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Mushroom-Based Products — Regional Availability

Please note that our Ground Coffee with Mushrooms product may not be available for shipment to all U.S. states due to regional regulations governing mushroom-based food products. If your order cannot be fulfilled to your location, you will be notified promptly and issued a full refund. Farmland Country Coffee is not liable for orders that cannot be fulfilled due to regional restrictions imposed by our fulfillment partner or applicable state laws. We recommend contacting us at farmlandcountrycoffee@gmail.com prior to ordering if you have questions about availability in your area.

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and handed off to the carrier within 3–7 business days of order placement. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to high order volume.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (where available)
Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. All orders include shipping costs as determined by our fulfillment partner at the time of purchase.

6. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Farmland Country Coffee is not responsible for delays in tracking updates provided by the carrier.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

Farmland Country Coffee shall not be held liable for packages lost in transit, delayed deliveries, or delivery failures caused by the carrier or our fulfillment partner. If your package appears lost, please contact us at farmlandcountrycoffee@gmail.com and we will work with Dripshipper to investigate on your behalf. Resolution timelines will vary and are not guaranteed.

8. Incorrect Address

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Farmland Country Coffee is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship an order due to an incorrect address.

9. Right to Modify

Farmland Country Coffee reserves the right to modify, update, or change this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our website following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Shipping Policy.
